Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) from United Veteran Benefits at the phone number you provided. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services, and you may opt out at any time.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and that you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at that number.

Message Types and Content

We may send you automated text messages for the following purposes:

Message Frequency

  • Contact Us: Call us at (557) 777-4405 or email us at info@unitedveteranbenefits.com and request to opt out of text messages. Please include your phone number in your request.

Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive communications via email or phone calls. You may opt back in at any time by providing your phone number and consent again through our website forms.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to text messages you receive from us, depending on your mobile phone carrier and plan. Standard message and data rates charged by your carrier will apply. We do not charge you for sending text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them based on your plan. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving text messages from us.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage. We are not responsible for messages that are undelivered due to carrier network issues, phone number changes, or other factors beyond our control.

Service Provider

We use Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider, to deliver SMS/text messages on our behalf. Twilio may access and process your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of delivering messages. Twilio is contractually obligated to protect your information and comply with applicable privacy laws. TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you acknowledge that you are providing express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive automated text messages from United Veteran Benefits. You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchase or use of our services, and you may revoke consent at any time.

United Veteran Benefits complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding SMS/text messaging, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific telemarketing laws.

Modifications
